Very clean, comfortable, and homely atmosphere. The ladies' section offers great privacy, and I appreciate that everyone wears slippers. They provide breakfast every morning, which is a wonderful touch. The location is excellent, with one side facing JBR and the other the Marina. Both the owner and manager are very helpful and always ensure everyone is happy.

The staff were helpful and the room was comfortable. They have a wide range of food for breakfast. Rooms were always clean and tidy.

On two occasions we were not able to get back on the shuttle bus from the beach because others were pushing in. We ended up just walking to the tram stop and connecting with the metro. A system needs to be developed so that the "pushy" guests do not benefit from their actions.

Ideal location. Public areas of a very high standard. Pool and the poolside staff were excellent.

The rooms will need upgrading soon - there are clear signs of wear even though they were very clean. The house keeping staff did a great job.
