The decor is just gorgeous. Every room is so well thought out and the bedrooms are simply perfect. From the walk in shower / bath to the walk in closet, it was just faultless. It was my husband’s birthday whilst we were staying at the hotel and the staff couldn’t have made it any more special. With a room upgrade, sweet treat in the room to balloons for the morning of his birthday. They thought of everything. Having been to Las Vegas last year to celebrate his 30th birthday, the difference between how we were treated in Dubai to Vegas was so different. Allegedly Vegas is a service country, but actually, Dubai made more effort. Nothing was too much of an issue. I would rush back to this hotel in a heartbeat and would have no issues recommending it! We will be back.

We love this place! Its our Oasis for calm and stress free days away from beautiful Dubai. My Family and I are in love with the hospitality, quality of Restaurants, and the entire staff of the Hotel (specially FION) are simply incredible. I can deeply recommend this hotel to anyone traveling alone or with Family. We are 5 (42, 37, 12, 9, 5) and each and single of us finds exactly whats needed for the ultimate relaxing experience during our stay. We all leave sad but filled with joy and energy!

The location is convenient, comfortable, clean and tidy, attentive staff, thank you very much to everyone. We enjoyed the pool a lot, every evening there was a show with a live performance, we listened to the music, I am very satisfied and recommend to relax at AlAin Palace

The effort of the staff was great. They did everything possible to make us feel special. We also loved the location and the surroundings. We loved the romantic dinner set up. Rooms were great. Amazing privacy.

Location close to the airport. Clean and comfortable room. Very convenient shuttle bus to and from the airport (Terminals 1 and 3). Friendly staff and fast check-in and check-out operations.

I keep getting emails from Booking.com asking for a review. The hotel also keeps sending messages through Booking.com informing me of the time schedule for the shuttle bus to and from the airport weeks if not months after my stay at their hotel.
