Friendly staff who gave us a helpful map of the city and when we asked for an iron they sent one to the room immediately. Beds were comfortable and extremely clean bathroom. Had a TV with a working Chromecast which is rare these days so was able to stream easily. Hotel itself was pretty quiet despite the busy location.

Flickering lights. Restaurant wasn't open due to refurbishment (which is fine but was not told this prior to stay so was expecting room service). Room was quite small considering the price. Was pretty plain and basic for a 4 star hotel. No coffee machine just a small kettle. You have to request the mini bar be filled fully and pay before staying rather than having the choice to take drinks while there and just take what you want and have individual drinks charged for instead. No number was given to contact hotel reception directly from the hotel room phones.

Amazing location, property surroundings, breakfast, and amenities (wine, beer, soda, water, milk available to purchase around the clock). Aesthetically, this may be the nicest hotel I've ever stayed out. The prettiest part of Brugge is the property's garden/canal view. Loved the Clair de Lune room.

The nature in the surrounding area was very beautiful, and the city of Dinant was very lovely. Dinant was well worth seeing, but the nature around the accommodation was also extremely worthwhile. You could also go for a very nice hike along the Les Cascatelles promenade or go for kayak at the river lesse.

Not recommended if you are arriving without a car and are not willing to manage with the limited bus services. The accommodation itself was quite good, but unfortunately, we had a small ant infestation in the dining room, which presumably existed before our arrival. However, this could be managed quite well with a bit of fruit and vinegar. Unfortunately, the heating did not work either, and due to the language barrier, we didn't bother calling the technician. However, a space heater was provided, which supplied the necessary warmth.

Old/outdated bathroom. Looked really nasty but then realized there was no tile it was all wood…so it was clean but waterdamaged. Plus shower took a lot of time to warm up.

Aircon system is automated and is not adjusted well, so its too hot at night. And blankets are thick, so its really hot.
