Positive section of review
The location is perfect, within 5 minutes walk of old town but in quiet street with no traffic or noise at night. Restaurants close-by. The owner, Patricia, was available all time. She gave us extra coffee/tee/milk everyday and chocolates when we left! This is a big room and bathroom with everything you need! I can highly recommend this guesthouse!

Amazing location, property surroundings, breakfast, and amenities (wine, beer, soda, water, milk available to purchase around the clock). Aesthetically, this may be the nicest hotel I've ever stayed out. The prettiest part of Brugge is the property's garden/canal view. Loved the Clair de Lune room.

The location right on the canal & close to cafes, restaurants, all the sites. It’s also right on the edge of the residential area where you can wander quieter streets with all their beautiful houses. The hosts were great, very helpful & nothing was a problem.

Nice territory and nice apartment with blackout curtains and nice waterfall in the garden. Nice opportunity to sleep well. Breakfast was nice. Unfortunately we can't make an opinion about dinner.

We were really disappointed with dinner. We asked about dinner in the hotel,we wrote that we will be in the evening with kids, but didn't get an answer. When we arrived, we have one and half hour before hotel restaurant closed. So at the reception we were tald that probably all tables are busy. And we were advised to take away there. So, we were cancelled at the restaurant (no opportunity to order even to take away). There are nothing around the hotel (no shops and restaurants). So, at reception we were advised to visit burger king in the other village. I have two kids and was very upset with that. So, be careful, there are not enough place in the restaurant for everyone. And in the summer for sure it is better to take your food with you or eat before you came.

Good location, in downtown, near to stations. The room is a good size and clean.

We wanted to stay one more night, but the woman at the reception (a little rude) told us that was no possible, because there was no availability, (without checking) but there was availability on the app. I felt it like discrimination, it was just when she found out that we were Mexicans (her face gave her away). There is always something available somewhere else, so we don't want to be where we are not welcome. Check its raiting

Old/outdated bathroom. Looked really nasty but then realized there was no tile it was all wood…so it was clean but waterdamaged. Plus shower took a lot of time to warm up.
