Excelent Villa, very close to Queen Mary Palace, still in a green area, with great view up to the sea. The garden is large, perfect to enjoy the pool, BBQ area, for each family member a quite place to enjoy. In the Villa there are all needed for long & comfortable stays, everything clean and in good shape. The host is incredible helpfull, taking very good care of us before and during our stay, in a friendly and proffesional maner. We will come back for sure to enjoy more the pool and fresh air.

Placed in a quiet, reserved location, helpful to have a car mostly in the off season when there is nothing around. Good value for money but not recommend in month of May when we’ve been, cold weather, cloudy and beach not great at all. I guess that in the season it can be ok, as swimming pools are open, restaurants and the on-site shop.

The room we stayed wasn’t fully ready for receiving us, the walls had cracks not fixed, leaking water in one of the bathrooms, kitchen not properly furnished.

Its a cozy place to relax a quiet apartment next to a beautiful church very close to park and centre of Varna. The owner is very welcoming 🙂.

This property was filthy. We brought food to cook and despite the grease and grime in the disgustingly filthy kitchen we thought we would at least boil up some water to cook in. We couldn’t turn the gas hob on because it was so rusty. We then noticed it wasn’t even attached to a gas bottle anyway. We asked the host to help who told us to use the electric one but it had no knobs so we couldn’t turn it on. He gave us a pair of pliers and told us to use those. The host made us feel like we were always disturbing him even in the communal areas that look so nice in the photos. It was dark, dingy and very unwelcoming. No breakfast was provided despite being told it would although I wouldn’t really have wanted to eat anything prepared in that kitchen. The bedroom was covered in dust and had not been cleaned properly. We put up with it for two nights but decided to leave a day early as it was really disgusting and ruined our stay in this town. We have tried to contact the host about this and so gas booking.com but the gist has completely ignored our complaint.

Cockroaches in the room, we were moved to smarter room as per request. But receptionist denied that it is possible that cockroaches can be in the room. Video proof was provided. Breakfast was awful. Coffee tasteless. Everything looked not edible at all.
