The location of the studio apartment is great. Within walking distance from everything you may need. Metro station is just a minute away, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, and even the shopping mall that is like 10 minutes away by foot. Safe area and safe building with security. Easy to access the apartment and easy to communicate with the host to help you with any questions you may have. The apartment itself is another story. Is a great place to live in. It provides a sense of elegance and luxury with the use of wood on walls, mirrors, and lighting. Is very spacious and comfortable and with many amenities to support your stay. More than you can find in other apartments.

The building is situated in a nice area, safe and within walking distance from all you may need during your stay, metro station, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, and even the nearby shopping mall which is just 10 minutes away. The studio apartment is spacious and clean and offers many amenities to help your stay. Is easy to make your online check-in and enter the building and the apartment without any problem even a bit earlier than your allowed time of 3:00 pm. Easy and helpful communication with the host through WhatsApp.

I stayed twice in the building. This first time booked a superior studio apartment and everything was great during my stay. The second time I booked a standard studio apartment. Unfortunately second staying had some issues. The apartment wasn't as described as things were missing from it. No mirror on the wall, only the one in the bathroom. No coffee machine. Wrong remote control for the tv without being able to use it for Netflix or Prime for example. The coffee machine and remote control were delivered but only on Monday morning. I was there from Saturday, I had to spend two days without being able to use what I had paid for and what was supposed to already be in the room.

The place is located in a tropical cove with a private beach. The restaurant is outstanding and you can spend all day sipping Caipirinhas on the beach and using the hotel equipment (which is included) like Kayaks and Paddle boards. The staff are super friendly and the included breakfast was great with different varieties of Crepes made fresh for you.

Spacious studio apartment providing all the necessary amenities to help my stay. Clean studio and within walking distance of all things someone may need, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies. The area is safe, metro station is just two minutes from the building. The host is quite easy to reach and helps you with your stay.

I had to wait until the last minute to receive my entry codes at the building and the apartment. I expected to have them earlier in the day since check-in is from 15:00 and not when I reached the building late at night. Unfortunately, even when I got them I was guided to the wrong studio apartment, one that was used and not cleaned. Had to communicate again with the host to explain the situation and moved to another apartment but not similar to the one I had originally booked.

Located ideally the room with sea view if high enough are comfortable. Breakfast is great with fresh cut fruits and lots of homemade. Staff is on point.
