Nice hotel, located totally in the center of Minsk. Nice stylish rooms in the "old" style, however looking fresh and clean. Very nice staff at the reception, free parking in front of hotel. Rooms are quiet big, which is an advantage, with balcony - very nice view.

The Hampton by Hilton is five star plus, the Hilton is excellent service from the front desk to the restaurant, the breakfasts are better then in Western Europe, the suite was what is expected of the Hilton brand

This hotel are not prepared for modern reality. Reception works from 8 to 20, not 24H like written. For non-russian speaking travellers will be very hard to manage problems. No minibar, cafe works only till 16. During very hot days in Minsk A/C was broken and nobody care about this. only after few days it was fixed. Once housemaid forgot to clean room, but once just entered to room while I was sleeping. I've asked quite room but in reality full day new window loudly worked ventilation unit. awful. Unfortunately I do not recommend this hotel. especially for business people.
