      The room was great size, the bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was in good clean condition.

      The remotes do not control the volume on the TVs in either the main room or bedroom. The swing lock on the door was broken and once used fell off. Called prior to reservation to ensure late check out. Had 2 different staff call the room in the morning to ask when we were checking out.

      Perfect city centre location. Great view from the balcony. Easy free parking.

      All good. Although I’m not a fan of the bare concrete ceilings and walls but this didn’t detract from the stay at all.
