Positive section of review
Personnel is very kind, especially in the kitchen (not that much in the lobby, I have to say), but room service is good and the kithchen offers very nice Indian/Nepalese food. In Kinshasa hotel prices are very high, and getting a fair offer is difficult. This is not a bad option for international travellers that are working in the city for some weeks.

Kinshasa is a very complicate city, with road that get flooded when it rains and no sidewalks. Walking around the hotel is not truly possible. Cleanliness is an issue everywhere, including in the hotel, where seeing rats is usual. The hotel was restructuring so dust and noice was frequent. Worst part, when paying, they asked me to pay cash (a 20 days stay!), and charged me an extra 3% when paying with credit card. This was not clear in the deal, and should be clearly communicated to customers.

Foe a new hotel there are a few niggles that need ot be ironed out yet I cant fault the staff for their willingness to resolve. The meals were outstanding both dinner and breakfast. I will definitely stay here again

Our checkout process was tedious, again I think was due to staff newness and not inefficiency. The music played in the bar and roof terrace could be softer as its not a night club.

The location was good and quiet. I requested a room on a higher floor and they arranged this, thank you. The staff was responsive. Breakfast variety was great!

Though great breakfast variety, the cooked food was not hot and had to frequently ask for this to be warmed. Would be great for the restaurant team to ensure the hot plates are always on and breakfast kept hot. The restaurant food was pricy and unfortunately there was no eating areas near the hotel so, the hotel restaurants are the only option. Also, the wi-fi internet during my stay was weak. It was okay for emails but hard to do calls.

The provisions in the room are too basic for the price. Needs more. No lotion and basic grooming material. Should have a business centre too!

Front desk staff was rude and slow. They also barely spoke English. The surrounding area was sketchy at best. Room was dark and damp. Restaurant service was next to none and price was ridiculous. Would not come again.
