A beautiful and new hotel in a prime location! The room was spacious and comfortable designed, all the interior features were new and colorful. The smell in the beautiful lobby and rooms amazing. Emily was full of kindness and hospitality and we eminently felt welcome! 5 minutes walk from wenceslas square and 10-15 minutes from old town square. A lot of coffee shops and great restaurants all around.

the flat is located i newly constructed part of Smíchov. Flat is very well equipped. There is enough space for 2 adult people with two children. I can see that the flat is really new, nice modern style, everythink clean. The host is OK. We really enjoyed the location and the flat.

The location is excellent. The castle, Charles Bridge and shopping are all within easy walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are all fluent in English and were helpful in booking online tickets for the castle and recommending restaurants.

Upon arrival I attempted to pay with an American Express card; however, the payment would not go through. The front desk staff stated they would "fix" the problem; however, I received a text from Amex stating that the hotel no longer accepted Amex. I would up paying with a Visa card but I lost the double Skymiles that I would have received had the hotel accepted Amex.

Hostel is located really close to the main railway station. The kitchen equipment is really great, room was really cosy, clean. I did appreciate that my trashes were throw out by room service daily. I also had fridge in the room. No line at all to the bathroom.
