We really liked staying in this hotel. The breakfast was okay, it wasn't the best breakfast we ever had in our lives, but considering the fact that it was included in the price, I would say it was worth it. The hotel has a restaurant as well where they offer lunch and dinner, it also has a gym, a sauna and bowling. We haven't tried gym nor sauna, but we did go bowling one night and it was really fun. Location is amazing and they have a free parking for hotel guests which was very important to us!

Rooms are a bit dated when it comes to decor, but everything was clean, we had a balcony and a fridge. The TV didn't work, or at least we couldn't figure out, it kept playing the hotel's advertisement.

Stay Praha Apartment - New Open!

Excellent location. Reachable by public transportation, Metro station is 100 m away. Location is in the city centre. The apartment was huge plenty of space two bedrooms two bathrooms, clean towels, Netflix. The owner gave us very direct, and a script information on how to get it to apartment from airport, how to enter where to leave the keys and everything else.

Cleanless of the apartment was okay, but not great. Apartment didn’t have basic kitchen stuff like salt and sugar.

The bed and pillow were very comfortable ! The areas were clean and tiny They provide lock and key! Close to the metro, city centre and the bus/train station!!!

Did not have an elevator. The reception does not have someone to help you. You need to ring a bell and wait for someone to come.

- the staff and the first impression, as we arrived at 23 (announced it before + need of parking) and were ‘welcomed’ by a lady who spoke little to no English so we could not really communicate with her. She was very unwelcoming and told us there was a parking spot left in the inside parking lot. We struggled a lot to get through the very tight gates and when we got there, the spot was barely fitting and we would have blocked all the cars if we parked there. As she spoke very poor English, she seemed not to understand what the problem was. She probably never parked a car, otherwise she wouldn’t have suggested us to park there. We had to struggle again to get out of there and parked the car in front of the hotel after 40 minutes of struggle, when she could’ve proposed this solution at the very beginning when she saw there was no other parking spots left around the hotel. The next morning we were woken up at 7.30 by another person from the reception who told us to come down and move the car a bit. After a couple of minutes, he came up again and told us there is no need anymore, as they found a solution. Veeery bad experience with the staff, maybe we were just unlucky.

Very poor WiFi. Even though we requested an earlier check in (at 14:00 pm, instead of 15:00, travelling with small children), the employee at the reception did not even check our reservation, what kind of room we booked to see if it is ready.

We were disappointed with the comfort and the breakfast. We also had an issue with the payment, that we learned about arriving on site, we did not receive any information about why it was not deducted from our provided card but were strictly demanded to pay immediately or leave the facility. The lack of explanation created tense communication where we were unsure about having two pay twice. The service desk was not helping to ease the situation.
