This hotel is a hidden gem. It looks more like a traditional English hotel, which makes it even more appealing. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfasts are delicious and healthy. Maybe there are fewer ingredients than in a big commercial hotel, but still, this is more than enough. And They love dogs. They really do. We were offered a cozy dog bed for our dog, adorable dog bowls, and snacks - this was the first we experienced such hospitality. We will definitely come back here in the future.

We were very happy with all the facilities to be honest! The room was a good size, the breakfast offered a good variety, the location was great in that it was close to the heart of the city but also quietly located and the staff was helpful and polite. We’d certainly recommend it.

The dining room chairs could do with more frequent cleaning as there was dried food and oily arms from guest use occasionally.

I felt like I was the only guest until around midnight when it sprung into life. The balconies are shared and people were partying until around 3am. Then at around 6 the maids started doing their rounds slamming doors etc. The breakfast was disgusting there really is no other word to describe it. The parking cost extra despite the room being over priced. They inexplicably turn the Wi-Fi off at weekends and there are no toiletries in the rooms they will give you a bar of soap at reception. Ive seen documentaries about minimum security prisons that are more welcoming and luxurious. Despite the name the “hotel” is really far from anything even basic shops etc.

Good place for sleep over when traveling. The apartment was spacious and with all the facilities. Relatively good breakfast.

Parking is really small and finding a place may be a challenge. The hotel charged us the wrong amount comparing to what was on a booking.com (we paid more). We noticed that and they gave us back the difference but even that we lost on the currency exchange.

If you advertise hotel and spa, you can't make the spa an extra paid thing. Then you can only advertise the hotel because the spa is a completely separate service. If you don't include the spa in the price don't advertise with the spa. Booking.com also didn't make that very clear and there was no information to be found anywhere in english. We wanted to ask about the spa in the morning at breakfast which is only 2 hours and bare minimum. The waitresses, of which none could speak English or German, tried to help us but gave us completely wrong information. They said the front desk was open until 11pm. They closed early that day at 9pm. The waitress told us the spa was free and would be private for us. Turns out it's only on reservation and if the reservation closes early no chance. We had arranged to arrive late the first day which was nice. But no one was at reception until 11 the next morning when we had to leave at 9. Then we recieved rude phone calls to come back early to the hotel to pay so the manager could leave early. When we arranged to pay early next day no one was at reception at 11am just two waitresses who didn't speak one word German or English. Besides this lack of service the rooms were bare minimum, small, no fridges, cupboards or anything else. Paper thin walls means you hear everything around you and the wifi didn't work on my phone. Overall very disappointing service and facilities. Do not recommend.
