We spent 5 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. Its location is very convenient, just 10 minutes from the Wenceslas Square, and a couple of minutes from the river. The hotel design is rather quirky and eclectic but really interesting. Although we could only get a standard room facing the backside of the hotel, which is a bit small, it was sufficient as we spent most of the time outside anyway. The bed was really comfortable - as also said by my partner who had several serious back operations and typically struggles in hotels. We got fresh water every day. The hotel was spotless. Breakfast was superb - we have not seen such a variety for a long time - all really delicious and also the food that was supposed to be warm, really was. What was the biggest surprise was the service. I need to highlight particularly the Mosaic front desk team, managed by Daniel Vondracek, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful going the extra mile.

The only drawback was not enough storage space, so not many drawers, cabinets - we travel with a lot of stuff. But it was manageable.

The room given was just ideal for 3 people, no more room to move, but it was all we need to visit prague. The room was clean, well presented and with a big toilet. The breakfast given was great, with a lot to choose of. The personel was very kind to prepare us a breakfast to take out due to our very early check out, was really nice. The location is ok, with a 10 min walk to the nearest subway entrance which takes you directly to the city centre.

Thoughtfully and generously arranged and equipped place; amazingly technologically managed. Highly responsive host ready to fast and respectfully address our needs even though it meant some inconvenience for him. Nice garden. Super clean. Beautiful sauna.

It was exceptional all up. We were worried that proximity to the main road may be distracting but it did not bother. There are no mountain views but the garden is very refreshing and lovely to look at/be in.

- Great location, close to the center, next to a big shopping centre - We didn't have to wait long for the check in - We found a parking spot not far from the apartment - Comfortable beds - Many amenities

- No shower curtain in the bath-shower - We would've rated this apartment 8 or 9 if it wasn't for all the water damage on the walls and the smell resulting from it. It was okay for 1 night but not for more. Which is a shame because otherwise the apartment is very nice.

Quarter of an hour's walk from the city center, free private parking, comfortable beds, well-equipped rooms, great breakfast. Own restaurant with a modern design, fantastic Italian food, excellent beers!

Only the location was good . There was nothing else I could mention that was likeable.

-The receptionist shushed us out at first because we arrived a bit earlier than the usual check in (even though I sent a message about it beforehand). She didn't speak any English. -The room was smelly, unclean and the furniture was in very bad condition. -The bed linens were gross and had stains all over them, including the towels. -The room was noisy because of the neighbours. -I'm sorry to say this but I would never ever stay at this property again.

Parking place for hotel is to small, for such big hotel. I parked my car on street. There is no security but it is cheaper and risky that somebody steals car even if you have the best security sistem in car. Change carpet on floor.

Bed was on „antresolą” we have to rearrange entire room , not to climb every evening. We got different room than reserved.
