Friendly host, very good location, close to the city center. Good breakfast. The room felt spacious, even though it was quite small in size. Electric kettle and instant coffee and tea in the room.

Nice interior decorations, tarrace, good internet conection, silent neighborhood but close to nice park and tram stop. Good contact with the owners. Parking space available.

It's good you have a bed for a small kid (baby cot) but it is highly recomended to have a mattress too. Otherwise it is a torture for a young fellow, his/her parents and neighbors.

…but everything else was quite poor. We got a room towards the street. It was unbelievably loud and even at this time of the year, extremely hot. Our door was broken, and even after reporting the broken door, we were assured the door is ok. An avarage push would have opened the door. The rooms have such interesting colors. Very bad taste. But ok. The bin was not empty. The bathroom was ok. The food was also ok, but the Ambiente is very poor.
