A beautiful and new hotel in a prime location! The room was spacious and comfortable designed, all the interior features were new and colorful. The smell in the beautiful lobby and rooms amazing. Emily was full of kindness and hospitality and we eminently felt welcome! 5 minutes walk from wenceslas square and 10-15 minutes from old town square. A lot of coffee shops and great restaurants all around.

Chez Jitka et GauTiER - A great alternative to a hotel

Positive section of review
the location is on a street, where you have all means of transport in less than 3 minutes. Oriental restaurants, supermarket, park, and in 500 m you reach the National Museum. The host G. is so careful that you don't miss anything, that it was a pleasure and a feeling that I am at home. He answers on wapp, provides information in detail.. it was really an excellent experience.

Great location - lot of cafes around, close to subway. Apartment was nicely furnished. Very good value for the price. The street is very nice and there is no car traffic. Pedestrian traffic is minimal and being on the first floor is not as bad on a more busy street.

The apartment is on the ground floor. While not really a "con", it might not be most comfortable for everybody. The host was late to hand over the keys. There were ants in the bathroom. Side panel of the shower was missing resulting in a lot of water getting out of the shower.

As a solo traveller, I really enjoyed staying at the MadHouse! The staff is really nice and friendly: they always organize city walks, games at the hostel and parties outside the hostel as well. Really cool place to stay and meet new people!

Walk to the center (approx. 30 min). Close to the metro and tram stops. Underground parking next to the hotel. You can leave your car before check-in and after check-out for an additional fee. The breakfast is quite good.

Check-in is possible from 16:00. You have to wait with other guests in the queue. There is a curtain in the shower and it is quite uncomfortable. The main door opens via intercom.

The location is amazing, hostel is big, it has all the things that are needed in a hostel like this. Kitchens is well-equipped, the WiFi is really good.

One guy from stuff was extremely unfriendly, hostel needs a renovation, beds are a bit noisy, not all power outlets work. Wish there was a breakfast-included version available.
