Positive section of review
So light , bright and modern. It’s lovely to see the palm trees through the shower glass ceiling. The bungalows are right on the beach. Sunrise on one side, sunset on the other. So remarkably peaceful. A private beach with no sales people allowed to bother you and a private pool for lodge users too. If you have kids, there is a larger pool and water slide further along the complex. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food and is quiet and civilised and is located on the beach next to the diving centre where I learned to scuba dive. The staff here are always lovely, friendly and professional. It’s worth taking time to visit the spa where professionally trained staff offer a variety of treatments. Sit on your own little terrace, or at the restaurant and bar or on the beach. I keep returning here. I love it.

There was a construction work ongoing, but it had no effect on our stay. The complete staff - hotel management, restaurant manager, waiters, receptionist ladies are extremely helpful and all are doing their best. The cleaner (Mahmud) who was dedicated to our building and room did a perfect job every day. So despite of the hard start I think the whole team made a great job, they are working continuously to provide the best for the guests. The choice for food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) is wide and delicious. The a'la Carte restaurants are also great. The beach is wonderful. The old market and the center is just for a short distance ride from the hotel. Perfect place to have a relaxing holiday.

At the time of our arrival we didn't get a room we were expected, there was some issue with the cleaning, but thanks for the great hotel management they solved our problem with changing the room.

Staff is exceptional, very helpful, friendly and hardworking. Nothing seems too much to ask. Entertainment was really good. Travelled with my elderly mum and she really enjoyed it. Very family friendly but not too noisy and it never feels over crowded. Beautiful gardens. Food is good. Wish however there were less sugary options available.

Rooms, especially bathrooms are bit dated and could do with a refurb, however it did not spoil our holidays. Using the hairdryer was a bit of a pain and no english sockets, so adapter is needed. Had problems with beauty room service ( they don't belong to the hotel but sell their services and are quite aggressive plus service wasn't as expected) but guest relation of hotel sorted this issue for us.

The room was really small to the extent that they changed the standard bathroom's door size to fit, with not enough windows (a small window which has a broken lock btw), the single bed was like 70 or 80 cm width & the big issue that they have NO NETWORK like zero network in the room so we couldn't plan anything during our stay by phone or even call our family
