- Roberto (the owner) is very friendly and helpful; - the location is great : in front of the direct bus stop to the airport ; - just a 15-minute walk away from the main street with restaurants&bars and the beach of "el camison"; - the room is quite spacious and has a small fully equipped kitchen! ; - it has a washing machine; - the bed is very comfortable and has a fan to refresh; - they keep your bags after check out; - the building pool is very nice.

The location is really good, close to Sagrada Familia, in a peaceful neighborhood. The apartment is big, clean and has two bathrooms. If you spend most of the day visiting Barcelona, the apartment in quite good.

You have to pick the keys in a different location. It rained like hell, and we had two kids with us, so you can imagine how that was . It would be much easier if you could open the door of the apartment using a code, and after that using the keys left in the apartment (we saw this solution in Rome). The view is bad: one of the bedrooms and the livingroom has a view towards an ugly block of flats. The rest of the house has no view. If you open the windows from the kitchen or from the other bedroom, you see a very close wall. Because of this, they are quite dark, so even in the middle if the day you have to turn on the lights. The two bathrooms have a strange problem with both toilets: it barely comes any water when you flash the water. So it can be a problem if you have to take a number two. We had a bit of bad luck, and it was a bit colder in Barcelona in the beginning of may, and the apartment was also quite cold. This can be a good thing in the torid summer, but in the other seasons, not so much.

Good location short walk (20-25 mins) over the bridge into centre. Parking was available but 10 mins walk away. Could park in street if you found a place. Balcony nice for sitting out.

Parking was not that close but at least not too far for €5 a night Place was quite expensive for what it was. it was not that clean - needs to be v clean for renting out. I had to clean bedside cabinet & bathroom sink:( No need for 3 TVs would have preferred nice wine glass and sharp knives! No condiments etc in cupboard, not greatly equipped. Even though previous reviews had stated this e.g 1 wine glass for 4 people! These are cheap and easy things to supply:( no ice cube try etc Need updating

Two small additions would have been much appreciated 1 There was no kettle ,having to boil water in a saucepan should not happen in a luxury apartment. 2. Toiletries could have been of better quality.
