Breakfast was delicious and varied. The hotel was very clean, rooms have hairdryer, shampoo, gel, towels and a little fridge, which was useful to keep snacks for our daughter and fresh water. A big balcony with nice views of the mountains. Location is good, beside a mercadona, close to the centre and good access to the beach, though it's hilly, but that didn't bother us at all. Staff are very helpful and offered us to leave the suitcases in a room that they have for this, with a shower and a toilet, so that you can stay in the hotel after you checkout of the room. There's also a little gym with the basics, perfect to train during your holidays.

The place is a bit noisy, because it's just beside a hospital, so lots of ambulance noise. Also, the guests were really noisy as well, so we didn't get much sleep at night. There were just two small lifts, so you have to wait a lot to use them, specially during the peak time, like lunchtime.

The hotel was in a very nice location, surrounded by trees. Decor was nice and well maintained as was the room. I rang when I arrived and the owner met me a couple of minutes later. Enjoyed a beer on the terrace later and after speaking to another couple of people staying there it sounds like the food was very good too.

Nothing really, plumbing a little noisy, in my room I could hear water hammer in the ceiling several times in the night.

When we initially arrived, I was unhappy with the room as I found it way too small it was a standard double room, which was my own fault, but Sara at reception quickly moved us to a larger room at no extra cost so thank you Sara.

The breakfast was very nice but we were disappointed by the lunch we had. They could have given some warm eggs rather than cold boiled eggs

There was a dishwasher but with no tablets for it. For a short stay did they expected people should buy a box of dishwasher tablet? They could have also provided a kettle for making tea or instant coffee.

Great location in the old part of town. Parking is available nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress was noisy when changing positions. The mattress was past it's used by date. The pillows were lumpy.

The rooms are clean but obsolete. Even if a room for 2, there are 2 twin beds. The beds are of very poor quality, and so are the pillows and the blankets, and they are all worn out. The quality of the sleep is strongly impacted.

Uncomfortable beds, no air-con so room was so hot. When we asked at reception we were told they put it in in June even though it was 26 degrees outside. very long check-in for some reason.. longest I’ve ever had anywhere.
