The property owner/manager waited for us in the apartment to make the check-in, which is very convenient (considering that other apartment managers do this via phone and the visitor has to deal with all types of check-in apps, never-ending fill-in webs, and manuals, instructions, codes to get through the gates and doors). She was very friendly and ready to help with all kinds of questions, issues. The apartment was cozy, clean and just enough for the short stay of our group. It's in a residential area on the other side of the Retiro park. There's enough supermarkets, other shops, coffee spots and restaurants. The park itself is just around the corner and worth a visit. Metro station "Ibiza" is very close. The bedroom's window is oriented to the inner yard, so it's super quiet.

Negative section of review
The main bedroom and the living room used as a second bedroom aren't 2 separated rooms. It's one room with a moving wall with a gap on the top (it's for air circulation, but it doesn't cancel the noises between those 2 sleeping areas). The window is in the bedroom area, the living room has no other window. We had to do compromises with our preferences of opening or closing the window during the night.

We visited this apartment with 2 kids - 5 and 1 year old and it was perfect for us. Spotless apartment. With everything you need and even more. The kitchen was well equipped, most of the things were brand new. Great showers, especially en-suite. Comfortable beds in both bedrooms. The underground parking was a great bonus. Our favourite thing about this apartment was definitely the terrace with the sea views. The host was brilliant, always available to answer our questions. We arrived early and were offered an early check-in, which was great. We would definitely recommend this apartment to our family and friends, and everyone who wants to visit Punta Prima.

The house is very nice with a lot of charm, nicely furnished in a colorful style. It’s location is perfect at the bottom of a traditional white village with private parking in front of the house. The tower on the top of the hill is very worth visiting.

Location is excellent. Room we were staying in was of good size, clean and with comfortable beds. Breakfast is plentiful and with a good choice of food. Excellent value for money.

The location was good for visiting Malaga, Marbella plus the villages in the area. The hotel itself was nicely presented and the staff were friendly.

For the first time we went half board due to the fact we were travelling with a 1yr old - the food options were plenty but quality was average. Our room was also average. I'd say whilst the hotel itself is very nice as mentioned, the rooms really need renovated.

Some small things to note (but still a super great place!): the laundry machines are in the laundromat downstairs, so not actually in the apartment. The apartment is right next to the train tracks, and the train can be somewhat loud, but it doesn’t run very often through the evening and night. The apartment is on the third floor up a very narrow stair case, so if you travel with a bike box, I suspect it will be quite a challenge to get it upstairs.
