We have been coming to this hotel for the last few years, this year it's had a refurb and looks really good.. all clean and fresh. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the beach and some lovely bars and restaurants. The whole hotel is immaculate and the staff are really lovely (most)

Our aircon was broke, we asked reception if it could be fixed and no one was sent out.. because of this we didn't sleep well at all.

Cleanliness and hospitality of the owner. All necessary amenities of the room. Smooth check-in and check-out. The owner was so kind to let us stay longer. It was easy to navigate to the place thanks to owner’s advice. Room is very clean and with all necessary equipment.

Room was spacious and really well furnished with modern stylish furniture It was a 10 minute walk to the old town area There are loads of bars and restaurants nearby Underground public car park is just over the road (this is extra, but hotel get a discount)

Walking back from beach even during the day saw rats running along strip of foilage alongside the hotel. We had an early morning flight so the breakfast, can’t even call it a breakfast! put out for these flights was dreadful! Consisted of few small pastries like croissants, a coffee machine, water that was it! no tea or milk,toast, cereal, fruit etc. we had paid for this breakfast too! We ended eating nothing just drinking water. We should have asked for a refund before we left.
