Positive section of review
Location is very near everything … the Basilica and the Grotto , stores and restaurants are around and most important of all the bus stop to and from the train station is just in front of the hotel. Our room is located in front of the hotel giving us a great view of the river, the fortress atop the hill and the surrounding mountains.

The tv is so small but its ok cause were out all the time.

The location of this hotel was perfect. Walking distance to Old Port and the city in general could not have been any better. The room was renovated with taste and functionality. The staff amazing, lemonade always available in the lobby and umbrellas if needed. I give it a 10 and would stay there again.

The city area close to the hotel needs a little cleanup but this has nothing to do with the hotel.

The hostess Nathalia was very helpful with recommendations for cafés, restaurants and tours. She was very welcoming. The property is well located within a beautiful garden.

I enjoyed staying at Le Cosy. Nice small kitchen and quite clean. It had both a central location to a lovely town and handy to the airport.

The street front was was not welcoming. A sign would have been appreciated, as a man from a nearby business kindly steered me to the right place to find the door and door code. Fortunately the room was way better than the entrance.

Very close to the airport, great for an overnight stay. Spacious room for a solo traveler, very clean. Decent breakfast.

I booked the shuttle to the airport in the morning through a form that I received by email, but when I arrived at the hotel there was nothing booked and all the shuttles for the time I needed were full. Luckily, I got an Uber for about 12 euros to the airport. Tip: if you arrive after 22pm and can not use the shuttle, don’t try to get an Uber or other app car, they will not accept it and will you take you a long time trying. Go directly to the place reserved for taxis. Do not listen to the guys that will approach you before you get near the taxis, they will overcharge you. A ride for the hotel should cost 20 euros max. Go to the guy with the green jacket and he will guide you to an official taxi. They accept cards.

We found out that the hotel had a better deal for the weekend with breakfast. As the deal was not available with booking.com, we paid more. We are not very happy with booking.com as we trusted booking.com to give us the best deal.

The pictures of the apartment weren’t a true reflection of what you got, we could not use the laundry as the door was always locked or the machines were full of sheets and towels from the cleaning staff.
