Lovely and cozy apartment!

The apartment is new and properly furnished, the owner of the apartment is very nice, the price is really good, a large shower, there is a washing machine in the place, the kitchen has dishes and everything you need to make a meal and in case there is anything missing, you can easily talk to the owner of the apartment so he can solve the problem. It's worth taking the place.There are 2 small balconies, it is convenient for those who smoke.

We took an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room, there is air conditioning in the living room and the large bedroom, but no air conditioning in the small room. There was a bit of sewage smell from the shower, in my opinion the apartment owner fixes it, it didn't really bother us. Products such as salt, pepper and laundry capsules are missing, but for the price we received we can't really complain that it's missing, so, in any case, I think the place is worth hosting.

The location cannot be beat. You are in the old town, but just a street from the new part. The additional breakfast was massive and delicious. It was way more than the two of us could eat. They arranged a taxi driver to take us to Sapara Monastery and then to Vardzia for a very good rate.

Perfect location, very nice sea view, reception is a great host. Very helpful and kind. Very clean place. Close to every popular place available. If we visit Batum again, l would definitely choose the same place. Thanks for everything.

We really enjoyed our stay at the place right at the heart of the city. There are nice beaches, restaurants, promenades nearby with amazing breakfasts and lunches. The reception host is very helpful and friendly! Highly recommended!

Our experience with the stay was great. Convenient Location, apartment have good sea view , processes of checking in and were very fast . The beach is right around the corner, a lot of small cafe and restaurants are nearby.

We were able to check in earlier as we landed early in the morning and were therefore already at the hostel from 7.30am. We were then able to check in from 10am.

At night it was a very loud..the cars and motorcycles on the street before our window and sometimes people outside too. Our cards for the doors didn't work everytime if we came back from our daytrips so we had to go to the reception..
