Positive section of review
The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old city and the video instruction was very good, although it could have been clearer that we had to go up both flights of stairs to the last door. The apartment was clean and the bedroom very spacious. The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of towels and spare bedding was provided. There was a large fridge freezer in the kitchen.

There was no personal contact with the owner at any point, we didn’t even get told his or her name. The bathroom wasn’t good, there was no flat surface near the sink on which to leave our items, the light above the sink was broken, the shower base was held together by duct tape and the shower leaked. There were no toiletries provided and only one roll of toilet paper. There was no storage cupboard for the fold up bed and ironing board, these were in the kitchen and bedroom. The socket on one side of the bed was behind a wardrobe and so not accessible to us

Very clean. Such nice people on staff. They are trying their best. Proficient English-speaking staff. Coffee & tea. Clean sheets & a towel. Adequate location with plenty of shops around. Great refrigerator & kitchen area.

Slightly congested windowless basement dormitory. Ventilation issue. Needs to be aired out from above more often. Like a damp humidifier. You can hear everything around you. Especially someone beside you talking in the next room. Lower the cost of stay per night to balance it out. For that price you can get a better deal across the city.

The jacuzzi was not working when we went it took 3 hours to fill it by the time is was sunset we couldn't enjoy They should learn to prepare the jacuzzi before the guests arrive very disappointing
