Proximity to MTR station. If you have a luggage, use the lift at the end to reach overhead bridge, then the lift near McDonald's. Citybus A11 brings one near to hotel but have to cross a few busy streets after that. The back of hotel has a few eateries, tried one and it was decent. Hotel is also near to a few popular eateries, including a bakery, local cafes, Jap ramen. There's also convenience stores nearby. Access to ding ding tram is also near. Room is considered spacious for this rate. There's a bathtub, and it's low, easy to get in/out. Water pressure is overall strong. If going to Macau Ferry Terminal, nearby bus stop has buses there. Thanks to staff Justin for informing. Room is overall spacious and bed is comfortable. They will only place one pillow on the bed, can grab another one from cabinet if needed. Stayed on 27th floor, good city view of other skyscrapers around.

Staff are not as friendly, they seem hostile. Bottled water is chargeable, hence we bought a huge bottle of water from convenience store instead which is cheaper. If hotel wishes to be sustainable, can consider switching to glass bottled water which can be replenished on daily basis for free. Honestly, to pay this price, I did not expect to still be charged for water. Stayed at old building. Sockets are far from bed.

The room and bed were comfortable and large, and the staff was super friendly. I had several requests during my stay there and they helped me fulfil it all, starting from the power adapter that I needed for my laptop to requests for laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid and an umbrella. Room service came by every day too but yet they had a sustainable option where we could pick to skip room service or skip certain parts of room service like changing linens that weren't in need of change yet. They also recycle bottles and cans, which is nice.

The room was not fully clean, with a couple of little flies and such in the washroom that I had to defeat in order to use it. Though there was an annual general pest control cleaning thing announced for the day that I left. I also didn't like having to request dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent from the front desk to begin with, that sort of thing should be automatic. The drying rack in the kitchen smelled very musty and I really could have a larger single bowl as well. There was nowhere to hang clothing (no drying rack) but I eventually figured out how to use the dryer machine. It took a while though since it takes forever to complete a cycle. That trek up the hill from the road to the hotel was difficult to walk with a large suitcase.
