My partner and I rented apartments all over the world, but our experience here was truly exceptional. Despite our flight being delayed by nearly six hours, Joseph waited for us, was incredibly welcoming, and provided us with all the necessary introductory information, stayed in touch, gave us insights about the city, and answered all our questions, for which we are incredibly thankful! The apartment itself was super clean and perfectly equipped with everything we needed and even more! Even separate towels for visiting the thermal baths are provided. So, every detail was meticulously thought out and there's truly nothing we didn't love about the apartment! We are extremely grateful to our host and wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone who is visiting Budapest!

The apartment was very new and clean with a pretty design. The bed was big and comfortable. We also liked the location as it's close to the City Park and had good public transportation.

There was no hairdryer or microwave. The neighbours were living their everyday life which was a bit loud and disturbing at times.

Small, clean, and comfy hotel in central location, which also sports a pool and a gym area. extremely friendly and helpful staff. garage parking available on site.

For the noise sensitive, the courtyard can act as a sound amplifier with certain guests, but then maybe one should not book a hotel in the party district in the 1st place. gym might profit from some small touch-ups. interior can be a bit stuffy sometimes.

Location was perfekt as well as safe parking option, a great plus. Lots of space and quiet at night. Great support from host.

Smells smoke, iron was pumping water instead of steam, bathroom was only clean up to 1.40 meters hight, under the sofa (expanding the living room sofa) 10 years of dust and snacks accumulated. Some coffee maker would be great.

The hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Additionally, the beds were quite comfortable.

The hotel's air conditioning was unbearably loud, and the environment was very noisy. Cobwebs in the corners and a small bathroom added to the outdated feel of the hotel.

It is not a same room with pictures which I reserved. It says that superior queen room and it looks to main road but there is no view and the windows are opening to between two buildings so that, no fresh air when you open the windows. Additionally, they serve welcoming drinks before check in, as I saw but they didnot offer for us I don't know why, it wasnot a four star hotel attitude.
