The place is clean, neat and simple, the bed is comfortable enough and is king size (laying on designed concrete so no bugs under the bed), very spacious and well equipped bathroom with two shower heads, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, balsam, toothpaste, toothbrush… Good WiFi connection. TV has fast access to Netflix, YouTube, etc… Coffee, tea, kettle and 24h available water refill at reception. Mini fridge. A/C aiming aside bed, which is crucial to me. Quiet and peaceful for rest and sleep. Functional clean pool.

I’ve been coming to Bali for a while and the level of detail at Dune, on the decoration, at the rooms, pool area and restaurant, doesn’t exist at this price point. Mind blowing. Breakfast (and the restaurant in general) follows the same trend, you’ll find diverse options, all yummy and well thought and prepared. Staff is also a level up from the standard, at Dune. No issues with internet or getting to the hotel. All in all, an excellent experience!

This is a big conference hotel. Location is good, walking distance to bars, restaurants and the Bali Collection with free shuttle bus to its private beach area. The rooms are nice, we booked a pool access which was nice. We preferred the pool at the time share property attached with the swim up bar and lazy river.

The check in was terrible, I asked if any restaurants close by, she said only in the hotel. I found out myself there are loads from the side exit of the property. I asked if they had a shuttle bus, she said no. I found out myself they have a shuttle to The Bali Collection (shops and restaurants) and one to the beach club. There is no friendliness from the staff and we had very little contact with them. A typical corporate hotel I guess.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was fantastic to walk out your door and straight into the hot springs. They were so warm!!! The room was really dark once the door closed and we had the best nights sleep. Staff were great and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very convenient for the airport for late/early flights. Very clean, comfortable, good aircon and showers. Good food, really nice pool. 24 hour check in was very convenient when we arrived at 3am. Would stay here again.
