I gained insights here that I could not have gained in any other hotel. There is local food and with a bit of luck you can join local ceremonies and celebrate with them. I feel like I'm part of a big family here and everyone is very nice If you want an anonymous vacation and like parties, you should look for a hotel in the south, but if you like social contacts and want an insight into the traditions of the island of Bali, this is the right place for you. And what's more, the resort is simply beautiful and quiet I love it here!

Loved everything about Tua Tua Keladi - Gertie is such a lovely host, so kind and helpful, remembered all of our names, so friendly. Location was perfect, so close to the harbour and everything on Gili Air. The bungalows were really gorgeous, super clean and comfortable, nice bathroom. A bit warm (I had a fan only room so would recommend aircon if two people). Would definitely stay here again if coming to Gili Air and will recommend to my family and friends! The location is central but still not around the hustle bustle. The villas are done cutely.

The pool was stenching of chlorine. Even after 2 showers the smell of chlorine stayed on the body. The location ot the air con and the bed is bad. No cooling. Had to request a fan which was a savior. The bath tub was leaking too.

Unfortunately I was in the family room next to the kitchen. It was a lovely room but at 7.30 some guests come for breakfast and they have no concept that they are next to a bedroom. Hence you wake at 7.30 if you like it or not
