The cottage had all the necessary amenities (water, safe, kettle, umbrella, plenty of space to dry clothes, a wonderful veranda with a hammock and a sofa). They serve very good breakfasts and remember what you like. Ananda is located in a very quiet place, where you have a lot of privacy and at the same time it is close to the nearest beach and restaurants. Special thanks to all the staff and, above all, to the ever-smiling Ozan, who really cares about your comfort throughout your stay. Ozan also helped me go snorkeling and get to Lombok (he walked me to the port and waited with me until I got on the boat). I definitely recommend staying here! Thank you :)

We stayed two times in Citi M during our trip in Indonesia, and we liked it very much! Above all, we liked the hospitality of the staff - very approachable, kind and responsive. The location of the hotel is also very good, making it easy to walk around in Jakarta. The espresso coffee at the hotel is a must! Thanks again!

The hotel is simply amazing - the facilities, the staff, and the location. Everything matches its price. The breakfast is also very good! I stayed at this hotel a few times during my stay in Surabaya, and I liked it each and every time. Thank you for such a nice stay.

Beautifully located hotel in gardens, delicious breakfast and a great beach.

The hotel charged a very high price for laundry! It was a shock for us because it was close to the price of the accommodation itself! It was the same situation with renting scooters... They asked for extra fees at check-out. We were sure that we paid the full amount on the day of rental. The rooms need renovation but it is very clean.
