The staff was amazing, top notch! Kind and friendly and very helpful. I liked the room design and the use of space! Incredible! The bed was really comfy and you can enjoy sea views from everywhere in the hotel.

No double pane windows. Very, very noisy. You can hear everything on the street all night. I am a light sleeper, so I didn't actually sleep. We were in a front facing room which made it worse...

The biggest plus is the location. Right next to the sea and the beach, you can see the sea from the window. Lovely host who was willing to help if needed.

In the description of the apartment's equipment, among other things, 2 bottles of water, as well as shower gel, shampoo and hand soap were listed. Of everything listed, there was only shampoo. The dispenser with shower gel was empty, there was hardly any hand soap either, only enough for one day. And no 2 bottles of water. There were also only 4 large towels for 3 people. I feel like there should still have been 3 large and 3 small, for the shower and face and hands. The microwave was not working. To be fair, the host offered to bring the necessary items if there was anything missing. But in the first place I did not notice everything at once, and in the second we came only for a few days, and did not want to waste time on that. But still I think that such things should be checked before the arrival of new guests. It was almost impossible to find a parking lot nearby, all the space nearby was always packed with cars. Like many, had to put the car on the sidewalk across the street. As a result, on the last day of our stay I got a parking ticket.

Their was the shooting of a movie in the swimming pool, which made difficult to move freely in the swimming pool for hours. It was extremely upsetting.

The service was so bad. It started when I checked in in Lubny and continued until I checked out. The room was empty. The room service was so bad that if I needed ice, I had to go find the machine on the floors and bring it to my room myself. I ordered water for my room, but customer services told me they didn't have any and that it was too expensive. They told me to go to the supermarket to buy some. I ordered a salad, but after two hours, they called me back and said they didn't have any. Everything I wanted to have in the hotel, they didn't have. The staff was so bad and had no respect. When I've been in a four-star hotel, the service was better than this hotel. It's only a show hotel, and you just pay too much money for nothing.
