The people who are working there are very kind and are helping with pleasure. Shoval from reception was very nice and warm and did for us a very good deal. People from cleaning are very nice and respectful and are doing very good there job. The breakfast is great and has a big variety of products.

Excellent room, nice location but noisy and windows are old so they don't block the sound. Breakfast was outsourced to another nearby bar. This was not made clear when buying it. We did not like the place so we did not eat there. Asked for a refund and they gave it to us

I asked for an invoice; they said they will mail it which they did but without an attachment. I still can not find a valid email to ask for them to resend. All emails I find are not valid

The breakfast was great. The kids liked very much especially the hot choco. The location is very good, in front of the beach.

The the air conditioner didn’t work all of our stay (2 nights). They told me they fix it and no body fix it the whole weekend. Juan in the reception was the only one who tried to help, but eventually he only had an air ventilator to give us (they didn’t change for us the room). If it wasn’t for my kids I would have left the hotel since I couldn’t sleep. Also the room was not clean enough with a lot of dust.

!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !!!! The pictures are not corresponding to reality. The design of the hostel doesn't match to the policy of the hostel. They have images of cross and symbols of Christianity everywhere. Looks like this hostel belong to Christian Association. Even the workers are not local people, they are from Europe. The number from what they contact you to give you the information is German number. And in the same time they stolen Bedouin style just to attract more tourists as I saw. They did Bedouin style on the lobby downstairs and the lobby on the 1st floor. But they don't give you any information about Bedouin culture or Bedouin history. And it's one of the oldest nation in the world existence here on this land before European people came to make settlements over here. Anyway: 1. It was very hard to find this hostel. 2. It was very dirty all areas except the lobby. The room, bathroom, the kitchen are in terrible conditions. Looks like they didn't do the renovation for more than 30-40 years. The beds are pretty old , small and uncomfortable. They even didn't provide you the towels what is very weird for such high price N what you are paying for one bed in 6 pax room. The blanket is very cheap and thin, and has no cover on it. 3. The AC is broken and they put the big bucket 🪣 on the window. It was cold in the room and I closed the window at night because I couldn't sleep. On early morning came one woman and start to do noise even she saw I was sleeping. She opened the window and I heard all noise of the people on the stairs and the kitchen. So I didn't enjoy my stay in this room. 4. The bathroom has very low ceilings and has very bad smell fron the tubes. Seems they don't do cleansing and disinfection of the the tubes. To say I was in shock from this hostel is says nothing. I don't know how they got 8 points on Booking. Something is wrong with this hostel.
