Lovely place, lovely owner, good chat, super comfy beds (shame we couldn't sleep longer, but it's worth it to get up early for Sæmi's large spread of Icelandic porridge-waffle-skyr-breakfast ;–) Could even use the hotpot in the garden, and felt like a journey in time, in this cute historical farm house.

Amazing central location, near all of the main attractions. Staff were very helpful and quick to reply to me. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. Overall we were really happy with our stay!

A charming family hotel just a few minutes from Selfoss. Cute animals everywhere, that you can pet. The staff are extremely kind.

There were not shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. For reasons of cleanliness, the use of shoes is prohibited in the common areas (which is understandable), but there are no (guest) slippers in the room.

Location was more a business park, you dont feel like taking a nice walk in the area. There is no common area to sit, except for the restaurant (is one open space with reception, so feels bit strange) but you have to order drinks, and the doors were fully open all the time so was really cold in the restaurant / reception. Construction works were really loud, we could not relax in the room. Spa was smaller than expected, swimmingpool fits 4 people, not worth the extra price. Pillow (only 1 per person) was too soft.
