Excellent location, close to Pantheon and Piazza Venezia. Close to shops, excellent mobility and with a charmming restaurant right in front of it. Attentive, helpful and prompt staff. Clean and spacious environment. I would definitely come back on my next visit to Rome

The decor in the hotel is very unique with all the artwork and the room was an OK size. A fridge in the room would have been nice to have and some complementary water. Great location for walking to a variety of sites. Reception clerk very friendly and helpful.

The registration process is complicated, having to go to one level, using one elevator, to register and then go back to the ground level to take a different elevator to access the floor where the rooms are located.

Small room so a request for two beds was doable but there was ery little space between the two beds so a little close for comfort.

Only one bathroom . Heater need interval time to get warm water. Shower head water pressure low. The bed a bit low.

just 30 minutes later for check out, we checked about 12:30 pm, the staff looks like not happy, but as attend bologna books fair, this is the earlier time for us can check out. shall be improve this.
