Positive section of review
The place is brand new, nicely designed and perfectly clean. The bed was comfortable, sheets and towels fresh and spotless. Nella was a great host, giving us clear instructions for check-in. She was helpful with arranging permit to drive into the ZTL zone and we were able to leave our luggages in the corridor until the afternoon. The location is good, it's walking distance to the centre. We didn't experience any troubles with noise from the neighbours.

The only negative I could mention is that there is a curtain on one window only. You have to close the shutters on the other one if you want total privacy. This was not a big issue for us.

very good location in the old, medieval part of town. Bedroom was pleasant, if isolated. Great bathroom.

A bit unclear on what the situation is with other people there. The idea is that there are common areas and a kitchen, but it seemed like a family, or the family, was always using them. Given that the room was up, through the house, and then back down in a bit of a cellar, it was not entirely comfortable.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable and the room didn't have a good sound isolation, so I woke up multiple times due to the noise outside the room.
