Positive section of review
Antiono went above and beyond. He greeted us in the plaza and gave us a little insight to Capri on the way to the hotel. He had vast knowledge and took time to guide us through the map of the island, suggesting points of interests and lovely restaurants. He even made a booking for our last meal. Communication was very good and nothing was a problem. Location is in the heart of Capri, highly recommend

Well located in the center of trapani, from a walking distance of everything ( restaurants, bars, shops, bus stop and shuttle to egadi Islands...) , the room was confortable and clean. The bulding was quiet. There is a big and beautiful terrasse on the roof. And Annalisa is a very nice and friendly woman, available if you need anything . I had great holidays!

Small boutique hotel in a great location, close to Cagliari centre and a short 3 minute walk to Ristorante Dal Pittore (highly recommended dining experience). Luxury furnishings in rooms, foyer, bar and breakfast rooms. Hotel assistant 24hrs a day. Plentiful breakfast with many options.

The location was great. The historic centre is perched on a steep hillside so you are always going to be climbing up and down streets and stairs. The facilities themselves are unique and have a good atmosphere. Great buffet breakfast!

The spacious apartment, with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The splendid view on the Lake Garda.

We encountered the following issues; - there were household waste bags piled up to the right of the entrance, - there was no toilet paper, - the kitchen towels were used (not cleaned/washed, - there was an ashtray full of cigarette buds on the terrace - there were no extra bed covers so we had cold at night. Lastly, two days after our overnight stay (3-4 May) the owner called me asking were I left the keys. I explained I left them in the apartment, as there were no instructions given, by him, by no communication means (Booking.com app, or WhatsApp, other). He was angry and very disrespectful. I remained calm, apologised for the lack of communication because I could have asked him where to leave the keys. He said he was in Morocco, and would need to call a locksmith who would ask him 1000 €. All in all a not clear story, as he did not seem to have a spare key set, nobody to take care on the place/spot, and an uncleaned apartment.
