We loved the flat - it had high seiling, looked newly refurbished and it was warm. The latter was especially important as it was raining during our stay and we managed to dry all our clothes as the batterie were warm and so was the flat (it was not the case in other places we stayed).

In Italy in general we didn’t like early check out at 10 but it seemed to be in all hotels and apartments we stayed in.

The location was great and very central right in the city, shops, cafes and restaurants. Downside of this is the noise which can be heard until late at night. Short walking distance from train station and walking distance to sights. Breakfast good for Italian standards

Because it was so central the downside of this is the noise which can be heard until late at night. Window did not close properly to keep noise out more. The hotel needs some refurbishments. The furniture and wall painting is damaged.

Breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice , team looking after us were great. Reception and concierge team were really helpful and understanding of our needs travelling with a 91 and 85 year old. Spa was also lovely if not a little crowded in the afternoon

The only slightly disappointing experience was the restaurant on the 4th floor. Service was slow, not particularly attentive, food was average and I would not say worth the value we paid

Clean, small, quiet place in a local area. Very close to the bus with good restaurants and supermarket nearby. Basic kitchen and bathroom with fold-out sofa. Great base for budget travellers with a helpful, responsive host.

Accommodation was really spacious and comfortable. A lot of light from the windows. Big closet and Francesco was really quick and helpful with answers also check-in and check-out was really easy.

Since we came we have to spent a little bit of time to clean kitchen and bathroom and it was noisy from the street (Probably windows doesn’t seals best). Execept those things it was really nice stay.
