Very beautiful and spacious apartment in an old typical palazzo owned by a local family for multiple generations. Perfectly located in the center of the old town with several restaurants/ bars and il duomo close by. Ground floor which was perfect for little children and a parking spot in the courtyard right in front of the apartment. Private garden accessible from the courtyard with very old and wonderful plants.

We did know this beforehand from other reviews and we booked it anyway because it was perfect for us with 2 little children… since it is on the ground floor it was pretty damp and dark. Both bathrooms could use some renovations and the smaller bedroom wasn’t as nice as the big bedroom. Kitchen had a funny smell. There was a lot of rubbish in the garden and since the pools wasn’t cleaned yet it all seemed a little dirty. There’s so much potential to be the best accommodation in town!

Very good contact with the owner, for all my questions he answered in few minutes, and was very helpful. The apartament is hudge, and has like 4 m from the floor to the celling. In the morning fresh croissants waited for us in front of the door.

Its quite loud in there, cause of the busy road. If you have sleeping problems make sure you take earplugs with you.

Excellent location. Good room in a beautiful old building. Soundproofing pretty good. Spacious room and bathroom for Rome.

If you want hot water in your shower, you better get there early. There's only lukewarm water left for late risers. Also, one of the two shutters not longer had the nub which allows you to close the slats at night, so we couldn't obtain proper darkness in the room. Should be easily fixed...

The room was a little damp and there is was a window which faced onto a small courtyard with no blind to block out the light from the courtyard.
