Our room was amazing. It was large and very spacious. it had a dining area, fridge and microwave. The location is great for restaurants, but is a bit far from the nice beaches - the hotel provides a shuttle as part of the resort fee which is awesome! So we used that a lot. Breakfast was lovely each morning, especially the breakfast staff. Martin is amazing. The pool area is beautiful.

The one day, we received a knock on the door, and it was pest control. I'm glad I was in the room at the time to know they were coming and be available to pack away any food that wasn't packed away. I think guests should be made aware before something like pest control sprays in the rooms. We had food in the room, we have young kids and I'm asthmatic. Before spraying chemicals, guests should be made aware. They only seemed to have a single person at the reception desk at a given time which meant there were long queues. I sent a few messages via the Booking.com messaging system and didn't receive any replies. We found the pool bar very expensive, and ended up buying groceries at the local store and keeping them in our bedroom fridge which worked well.

As the resort is not on the sea front it was fantastic to be able to use the Westin Hotel and resort all day/eve, which really does have the best (private) beach and entertainment. The staff were very friendly and the grounds landscaped beautifully.

There is no view l, a very small pool mostly for children and generally the rooms needed some TLC as upkeep and maintenance probably not done yearly due to Covid-19.

Location is perfect. Short walk across the main road to the Westin's beach and can use Westin's beach facilities. Westin gets very busy but has one of the best spots on the seven mile beach. Beds are spacious and comfortable.

Kitchen is basically no existent. All kitchen appliances are super old and bare. You can't even make coffee because they don't provide the coffee filters for the machine...bread toaster will always trigger the fire alarm, happened to neighbors next door too. Bathroom is very small; hard to turn around even for very petite persons.

#7 room sofa and guest bathroom was worn and not functioning properly. 1. Very rude Elders I supposing owners here at seven mile beach resort or timeshare owners calling kids "Monsters" that are enjoying themselves in the PUBLIC pool area. First encounter like this being that i have been to all hotels on the island and this is my first time being disrespected like this. Elderly couple approached me assuming I was just here using the pool with my family until I told him and his wife I'm renting a room here for the weekend and they were surprised. So leaving the pool the husband followed me to the front parking area spooking out my kids as if he didn't beleive I was renting a room.
