Paradise found! When we arrived we still had 10 nights in sri lanka...we booked 2 nights and stayed until the rest of our trip! Once here you get Stuck. Finally a barefoot place with super amazing staff, a great owner who showed us secret places, great food, cold beers and this all at the clearest ocean ever! If you don't need luxury and air conditions but you love nature and an authentic vibe, then this is your place to get stuck!

The bungalows are very spacious and surrounded by plants - you really get that jungle feeling here. The pool area is like a little paradise and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. Even our little misunderstanding regarding the sunrise taxi drive to Pidurangala Rock was solved quickly at 5am and we still got there in time! We really enjoyed our stay here and would come again!

The bungalow was not so soundproof which made you hear your neighbors conversations during the night - but as we only stayed one night it was no major issue for us.

The location was beautiful and facing the river which was very beautiful and quiet. The delicacies prepared by Asanka's wife were delicious. We were surprised to see videos of Asanka building the hotel himself during the Corona period. It is a great work of art built by the owner Asanka himself. The safari is amazing.

This is a wonderful place. Friendly staff, super big hammocks very useful,, we swim in the river. Our children saw many species of birds. Very close to Udawalawe Safari Park and highly recommend their safari.
