We had a fantastic stay at Chill House Safari Resort. The room was spacious, beautiful and had everything we needed. A/C and Wifi worked really well. The best part about our stay was Hashan and his family, they are so lovely and did everything to make us feel comfortable. They also cooked dinner for us which was very delicious. We did the Safari with Hashan as well and it was the best experience. He is the best guide. He gave us lots of information about the animals and the park during the Safari. He has been a guide for a lot of time now and you can truly notice. He knows many good spots in the park so we were alone for almost the whole Safari and he is able to spot literally every animal, no matter how small. We saw so many different animals! He also organised for us to have breakfast in a small hut in the park which was so cool. So if you want to stay at Udawalawe and do a Safari, we can not reccomend this place enough!

The room was really nice and spacious. Fitting and furnishing of the room and the bathroom were really high standard. Staff are friendly and specially Sumith at restaurant was exceptionally great setting the breakfast at pool side.

My driver claimed that his vehicle tyre was tampered while it was parked at the hotel. We are not sure where exactly it has happed but just to be aware the incident.

Beautiful accommodation in a new villa. Large rooms with terrace or balcony. A nice pool in the garden. Very kind owner, willing to help with everything. Rich breakfast. I recommend.
