Everything about Ru Boutique is exceptional. The room was huge and a comfortable temperature thanks to the a/c. The bathroom was big and the shower was powerful and hot. Upon arrival, we were greeted with fresh fruit and a freshly squeezed fruit juice. Perfect. The location by the lake is ideal. If you want to walk around the lake and into Kandy, it’s a 30 minute walk and the views are exquisite. If you don’t want to walk, take a tuk tuk. It’s only 5 minutes to the centre. The staff went above and beyond. They were sooooo helpful. The breakfast was beautiful and kept us going until the early evening. I can’t think of a better place to stay. We will return. Thank you so much.

Breathtaking views, comfortable stay, and amazing hospitality! Kai Kazee boasts stunning views of Ella Rock. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with beds that felt like a dream. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible hospitality. Sam, the owner, is fantastic and incredibly helpful. The two boys working there also went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Breakfast was absolutely delicious - so good, we couldn't resist going back for seconds (and maybe even thirds!). The price is very reasonable, making Kai Kazee a fantastic value. We will definitely be back!

I spent 3 weeks with friends travelling around sri lanka and this was my favourite accommodation! The staff were so attentive from the moment we arrived at the resort! The room was spotless,spacious and was such a lovely place to chill out! We had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and the lagoon which was beautiful! It was the little details that were so lovely like fresh towels left for us by the pool and we were given fresh coconuts to drink while lounging at the pool one day! The food was really good! I would highly recommend this if you are travelling to tangalle!

The host was really friendly and all our needs were met with a warm smile. He personally prepared delicious food for us and even provided entertainment for us. The surroundings were so tranquil and I really enjoyed bathing in the lake. Such a wonderful experience and I would definitely return again.

Staff is always helpful and friendly, tents are ok, nice place to get in touch with wild life, monkeys sitting on your balcony :) of course you get what you’re paying for, but I would come back to this place again. Breakfast is good also, compared to other better hotels.
