Positive section of review
The location is fairly close to direct connections to the central station and airport. Located directly in the heart of old Vilnius, close to everything: sights, restaurants. It is clear that the apartments are a bit old, but everything was ok. Comfortable bed, the shower was gigantic (bigger than the rest of the bathroom), small kitchenette with coffee machine and coffee pods (in the Queen Studio), windows open completely. There is a possibikity to leave your luggage in the laundry room next to the seating area. Lidl is a 3 min walk away in a shopping mall.

Excellent location, plenty of parking space, lots of space and light in the apartment, very little noise (only from the cars outside). The host was very responsive and helpful with answering questions and providing support. The apartment itself is well-equipped, with only a few minor things that could be better.

The apartment is at the top floor and there's no elevator, so it's a decent workout to walk up. It also gets quite warm on a hot day and there are no blinds to cover the windows on the sunny side. There is also no microwave and the shower is non-extendable. There is no view towards the city center.

Positive section of review
The hotel staff at the front desk was very nice and friendly. They spoke very well English too which made me feel at ease. The room size is ok although if you have the window open due to the hot weather you hear a lot of traffic noise in the early morning. So be aware of that if booking in the spring/summer.

I did not like the breakfast, a lot of the food was stale and there was very little variety. And it was the same every day. There was often a lack of coffee because the machine needed to be cleaned. The luggage storage was a filled broom closet and luckily I could fit my small carry-on but if I had travelled with more people they would not all have been able to fit their luggage there. Maybe they have another room but it didn't seem like it.

The noise - we were informed about the music event, and that's fine, but also there came some strange noise from the outside - like ventilating or smtg like that, and it was annoying.

Staff at Chinese restaurant next to the SPA was very rude. When we arrived after SPA to have lunch with mine children they informed us that it is cash only , I told them OK we will have a lunch and I will bring cash (obviously I did not took cash to the spa with myself) , girl did not agreed , I offered her to leave mine self phone for that moment , she did not agreed again. So, mine husband had to go and bring cash. She was very rude telling me that last night somebody did not payed their bill and now she will have to pay by herself 90 Eur, actually it is not mine problem and there should be posibility to pay by card or to charge to the room bill.
