The staff is highly friendly and helpful. The Riad is charming with some inventive choices on scenery, notably in the patio. The hotel is located just above the Main Street of the Medina, and offers an exquisite view on the Blue City.

The upper terrasse is undervalued and would benefit from long chairs. Rooms on the patio could be loudy, especially at breakfast time.

The apartment was lovely, very clean and wonderful. The security attendant was lovely and helped us with the lifts etc. The host was lovely explained everything clearly and showed us what to do with WiFi and apartment tour etc.

Service was at times slow, forgetting on two occasions our order. It was noisy in the room from other residents and traffic outside and the air conditioning unit was very loud.

Huge cockroaches in the lobby, dirty sofa and I mean dirty I have pictures of both the cockroach and dirty sofa, the booking was 13euro once at the facility I was announced 16 euro I didn’t check it anyway I had a great time in Marrakech
