the staffs are very friendly and helpful. there are a lot of varieties in food and even has a slight difference for breakfast and lunch which I really love. the room is way more than i can ask for with all the usb connections which not available in other hotels i have been before

i just hope the restaurant could provide proper utencil at the place where the food are. for example for the fruits and desserts, i wish they were dessert fork and/or spoon there, along with at the yogurt section. however, the staffs did try to help me with the utencils even though its not a proper ones (using tea spoon or regular fork/spoon)

1. The property itself was very classy & unique. 2. Nearby river was ok and acceptable. 3. Parking lot nearby. 4. Property was easily located.

1. Shower water pressure waa weak. 2. Our room was near to the reception. Quite noisy and disturbed our sleep early in the morning as we can hear people talking and people walking (floor is made from wood). 3. Guest should be advised clearly on the advertisement of this property regarding breakfast. Only nasi lemak and mihun was served. No other options. 4. No dine in restaurant available. Need to go out from the property for food.
