+ Location: It is very close to public tram 3 and 4, close to supermarkets and lots of bars/restaurants. + Hospitality: The staffs were very nice - it was easy to communicate. I got help from a lady to fix the safe box in my room and got offered free breakfast on the Kings Day :) + We got a room with view toward the street - we enjoyed watching people and daily life activities from our room :)

- Size of the room is quite small for 3 of us. - We had a cool first night as we did not know that the electrical heater has to be turned on manually. We got much more comfy second night with that activated. - There was only a few TV channels. It would be great to have more channels for kids for example.

Very good location at the canal. Easily accessible by car. Very pleasant green area. Comfortable beds. Actually there is nothign to complain about.

The only downsize is that the hotel was unable to locate us and our children in the same building despite our request when we booked the rooms.

Staff were friendly. Room was compact but had everything we needed.

Shower took ages to drain and overflowed. Could only take short showers with low power. Door between bathroom and bedroom heavy meaning it was dark and small in both rooms.

Very clean and techy. Very friendly staff.

Privacy is not 100% possible. You could hear what happens in the hallway, and you would not have full privacy in the bathroom either. Rooms are not very well isolated.
