Positive section of review
Everyone on staff went out of their way to help & give directions. The hotel is opposite the Centrale Station. Close to all transport. Short walk to St Nicholas, Oude Kerk & Hidden Church & much more. Great breakfast & close many restaurants in ajacent streets plus the hotel has a restaurant & bar.

Nothing, although we asked for room with lift access as some rooms only have stairs.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and we would absolutely love to come here again. The room was amazing, and the location is simply beautiful. Also, the coffee machine in the room was perfect.

Very central to all the attractions within the city. Clean and spacious. Quiet area. Came equipped with necessities.

One downside if I had to pick was the steep stairs- this is most likely the same as everywhere in Amsterdam due to shape of buildings.

As we have stayed here before we knew the room would be small. But 408 was small beyond small. Value for money ,this room was not unfortunately. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel but go for a bigger room.

The first unit was clean. The second, not so much, nor was it as well maintained as the first.

TV bracket partially broken, cupboards hanging at different heights, bulbs cracked, cobwebs hanging between bulbs - only two big pillows on a king size bed. Keys weren’t left in the lockbox so it was a rigmarole at midnight trying to gain access to the unit.
