Overall the hotel was good. The staff was very friendly and the customer service was good. The breakfast was tasty and fresh, it was simple and there weren't too many options. The rooms were good and clean. An added bonus would have been if the windows of the room faced the canal.

The location wasn't the best, it was quite far from the city center. About the room, even though we shared a bed there could have been to separate duvets and a few more pillows. The coffee machine was hard to use and had not been emptied for a long time.

Location to the sports hall was ideal. A meeting 500 yards to our venue. Very clean hotel.

Value for money? Definitely not. Very expensive for a hotel that doesn't have a restaurant. Unless you like a hearty breakfast, 15 euros is expensive if you only want something light.

Our room had a very bad smell. The staff tried to take care of it but it didn't help much. The room also missed two pillow cases and toilet paper. Generally, it didn't make the cleanest impression.

I would like to say my dissatisfaction of the accomodation. When we occupied our room, it was not clean at all !! The bathroom's hygiene is beyond critical! You could see hair on the shower wall, the corner was dirty. The most disgusting part was the toilet because we could see some feces and urine spots on it!!! It is obvious it was not cleaned by anybody!! I do not aggree with the price I paid.

First of all, those who will go in cold weather should be careful because they will get cold in their hotel rooms, I think! Also, they charged more than the price shown on booking and could not explain it. I don't think their rooms have much to do with the ones in the pictures.
