This hotel is located within a 30 minute shuttle bus ride from the airport. The shuttle is free and is easy to find as there are signs within the airport and externally to guide you to the correct spot that all shuttles pick up their guests. This is a great hotel to stay in if you need somewhere to stay close to the airport when you first arrive or when you are leaving Amsterdam. Big breakfast buffet available, great bar, a convenient self-scanning snack bar for quick snack purchases, a couple of restaurants and a great souvenir shop for last minute purchases at reasonable prices. Would stay here again!

This was a nice, clean place to stay, but the description on the Booking.com website is somewhat misleading. The description used the word chalet with a view of the Dokkumer Ee canal. The "tiny house" is a single level accommodation and not a chalet. We had anticipated a second bedroom in a chalet loft, but there was no loft. There was no second bedroom, but an enclosed two-level double-sized bunk bed. The property is adjacent to the canal, but it cannot quite be seen from the "tiny house". We did enjoy our stay there, but the description on your website was not accurate.

The location is superb, very quiet and in the middle of beautiful dutch nature. Easy to find and easy access from any area around. Owners are nice and welcoming. Easy parking as well.

Bed comfort is not outstanding, with aging matress. Bathroom is very basic but ok. It's not clear as well that breakfast is only available for the rooms, not for the appartment. We lost electricity in half of the appartment on first night but was quickly solved by owners. Having to pay for the basic towels for the bathroom is not very usual, and would be great to remind the guests if they need them when they arrive so they can rent them immediately.

There was no support staff to assist with luggage. No proper guidance regarding facilities and timings of gym breakfast etc. No welcome gesture.

No proper cups for a cup of tea or coffee, couldn't open the window or get AC to work properly, woke up too warm most nights. Maid service excellent though.
