Comfortable and spacious enough for our family of 5. Complete with kitchen amenities like oven, dishwasher, stove. It even has a washing machine and a dryer so it's good when you're staying in Wellington for a week or so.

The parking can be a bit tricky. We were just given a 1 set of toiletries. These are not enough for a family of 5 staying for 3nights.

Stayed in Room 3 where the view looked over the harbour. Had a small balcony to catch the last of the sun and enjoy a wine or two whilst watching passing tourists etc.

Unfortunately we were given room 1 which has not been serviced so a bit annoyed at that. However this was quickly rectified and apology given and assigned room 3 which was nicer accommodation.

Lovely setting, you wouldn’t think you were so close to the Main Street of Kerikeri. Had a lovely morning visit from 4 hens at my door.

Wifi was not available in initial room so when we changed we did get some wifi but very intermittent! Poor! Room was clean but quite dated and the fridge was loud during the night which meant a restless sleep.
