Room service food overly priced - One person one plate of beans $17!! Offer solo travelers half sized portions. Not only is it a waste of money it is a waste of food as no one person could eat a plate of beans that was enough for a family of 3. Offer the meals for room service with vegetables opposed to having to purchase separately- even increase your price to have this offered.

As above. And I am still waiting for the fresh milk that was offered in the room for tea and coffee. Please don't offer something that you can't deliver on. I rang all possible phone numbers to request the milk and when I did get through to someone after around 10 mins of calling all the numbers and then nothing was sent through to me. This meant that I had no tea or coffee in the morning as there was no milk. Consider placing more of the horrible long life milk in the rooms or even go one further and place small containers of fresh milk in the rooms. During this trip I stayed in multiple hotels/motels and the motels always provided fresh milk - no long life milk!

Great location. Quite block close to many attractions. Heater aircon and electric blankets are handy. We didn’t use the heater or blankets but did appreciate the consideration of the host.

Lovely setting, you wouldn’t think you were so close to the Main Street of Kerikeri. Had a lovely morning visit from 4 hens at my door.

I loved how close to speedway it was. We only book this place for speedway as it’s so easy can just park up and walk across the road!

no manned reception after 4pm so had to contact a central number and it took 5 minutes for them to answer so we could book in - which was a bit if a worry also very noisy from other guest’s party and road noise
