We had a unit at the back so was away from the very busy road and was very quiet. Great to have free use of laundry and it was available all day. Comfortable beds, good heating and great shower

The staff we did see were good but the office was not often attended. There was a phone number you could ring for assistance but that was just a nuisance

Great facilities, beautiful clean, warm and cosy, nice hot showers, and great staff. Second time staying there and it was very comfortable. Also appreciated the Sky Tv access.
